This new game will not have a seeded pot.
-
The term of this license is for one year, as approved by SLGA.
- Chase the Ace 'Play out Plan': The term of this license as approved by Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority. Should it happen that a Chase the Ace game has concluded at the time the lottery license expires. - in this case this would be what happens if the ace has Not been found on the last draw date of the licence AND not after the license has expired, the following play out plan will be followed on the last draw date: a) A weekly winning ticket will be selected by random number generator (RNG) draw and the weekly prize of 20% of the week's gross ticket sales revenue will be awarded to the ticket holder. b) If this winning ticket holder and associated card number is successful in selecting the Ace of Spades, that winning ticket holder will also be awarded the Ace Jackpot, and the game will be concluded. c) If the Ace was not revealed, a second winning ticket holder will not have the 20% weekly prize to win as it has already been awarded, but the second winning ticket holder and its associated card number will be drawn by RNG. If the second winning ticket holder and associated card number does not reveal the Ace of Spades, there is no prize awarded and the draw continues in this manner until the Ace is revealed. The same 'Play Out' process will be followed if the licensee is fortunate to sell-out all available tickets prior to the final draw night.
